Episode 24 - An Interview with Fitz Koehler

Fitz is a fitness innovator, breast cancer survivor, TV personality,  author, speaker and corporate spokesperson.  She has served as race announcer for some of the largest and most prestigious endurance events in America; including the Los Angeles Marathon, Big Sur Marathon, and the Philadelphia Marathon, to name a few.
Her book, "My Noisy Cancer Comeback" is a no-hold barred account of her battle with breast cancer.  She was truly a joy and we loved having her on our show. We're very excited to share our interview with you.
