Ah...the moving target of MOTIVATION that has been perplexing humans for ages!
Motivation differs from person to person, so how realistic is it that it's a leader's job to constantly be ahead of the motivation curve for every individual? Is the goal of motivating other people achievable or just a fool's errand?
I offer up this alternate perspective. What do you think?
