The idea that I will be okay if only life is more gentle with me is a bit unrealistic. Life is going to happen on LIFE'S TERMS, so the adjustment needs to be within ME!
Gratitude in times of challenge, change, grief, and other down-swings can be difficult, but it just might be the KEY to joy!
