Is it possible that how we introduce our thoughts might be an indication of our self-esteem health?
We have important thoughts, feelings, and ideas to share, but can how we voice them alert the listener that what follows may be, at best, uninspiring? [insert sad trombone "womp-womp" here]
I'd love to know if I'm the only one (I know I'm not) who uses phrases like the ones I share in this video. When I say them, do you hear your own voice?
