Humility is the quality of having a modest or low view of one's importance. It is the freedom from pride or arrogance. On earth, I find little children as the best examples of this virtue. They do not shy away from saying what they need. They are trusting, dependent, innocent, humble. 

In this episode, let’s try to emulate little children as we humble ourselves before the Almighty and desperately pray for what we need, rest and a God night’s sleep.
