Gratitude is a powerful manifesting tool and with simple techniques you can consciously chose to experience good feeling emotions, rather than being a victim of your negativity bias or low vibe feelings like stress, shame, fear, worry, depression etc. It's such a simple tool but SO effective in rewiring your subconscious brain and raising your frequency.
