This week Amanda interviews her 15 year old daughter Sophia in a heartwarming and insightful discussion about life as a teenager as well as things her mum has taught her to help with her self esteem and resilience. They also discuss the importance of communication, mutual respect, responsibility, boundaries and self awareness and it is just a lovely chat about life and parenting style.

Sophia is a grounded and wise young woman for such a young age and she demonstrates such emotional intelligence and self awareness for her age.
