This week Amanda is joined by Property Investor and House Flipping expert Carly Anderson of Flipping Belfast. It's an incredible success story of how Carly rebuilt her life and followed her dreams after a marriage separation and 2 miscarriages. She found herself starting again with the dream of building her own home and how she had to come up with the money fast for a house deposit which led to her taking a risk on flipping properties. She made £102k in her first 6 month and went on to build a £2.35million property porfolio in just 1 year.
