The birth of Christ isn't a historical event but happens in the now moment whenever we recognize Christ's presence within us. The practice is beautifully simple: whenever you notice you're not wholly content, shift your attention to your heart center and reconnect with the love that's always there. View your day not as hours to fill with tasks but as a series of holy instants. When anxiety surfaces about past or future, pause and remind yourself that only this instant is real, and in this instant, love is here.
