S01E04- Bits of UX: How to conduct research in a pandemic (hint: remote research)

aka UX research in a time of COVID.Conducting research under normal circumstances can be challenging. How do you handle research now that everything has to be done remotely and social distancing is the order of the day? How do you conduct research when people might not want to do it in person for fear of catching the virus.In this episode, I suggest ways to replace in person field research and ethnographic UX research and how to make your research inclusive for people who might not be able to access video conferencing tools like Zoom and Google Meet. I also talk about some other constraints to consider when deciding on what methods to use and tips on how to successfully conduct research remotely.
