Deja vu, to me, feels like a curious sensation, as though a moment in time loops back to something familiar, even though it's new. It’s like the universe is trying to whisper, “You’ve been here before,” but not in a literal sense. It's a reminder that sometimes we find ourselves facing similar emotional landscapes, but under different circumstances or in different environments.

When you talk about learning a lesson or receiving a teaching, it almost feels like an invitation to recognize growth. Maybe it's the universe’s way of nudging you to reflect—“You’ve been through this emotional state before, but now, with your new mindset, how do you approach it differently?” The moment calls for self-awareness. You're at a different point in your life now, so the situation feels familiar, but your ability to navigate it has evolved.

It's an opportunity to ask yourself: “What have I learned since the last time I encountered something like this?” Deja vu can be a gentle reminder that we are continually growing, and our experiences build on one another.
