Today we talk to Bec Keevers from Adelaide South Australia, the owner of Sleep fearlessly and she speaks about her story...

"A 51 YO, battled alcohol and substance abuse for 30 years. Got sober after 4 attempts 31.12.2020
Since then I started a sleepwear line with affirmations printed in reverse so the wearer could read them in the mirror. I have also completed a master holistic counselling course and in the middle of my second course EFT - emotional freedom technique. I have also become a respite foster carer last year to an amazing little boy. My goals in life are to be happy and to help others be happy too
My Main Interests are  I love Avici wake me up when it’s all over and just watched his doco recently which brought me to tears. I absolutely love music and fitness and my number one love is my little rescue poodle tikka. We have certainly healed together over the past 7 years. I love high five by Mel Robbins, mirror work is so bloody important for self love and care.
