Today we talk to Berenice from Brisbane Australia. She has a passion for the power of breath work for the betterment of ever person's life. 

Berenice says "I have an incredible story to share about how I transformed my childhood sexual abuse into a daily practice of self-compassion and healing, which I now use to empower THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE through mymulti-6 figure breathwork certification.

I also built a viral Goat Yoga company that is still running in Gold Coast, Brisbane and Melbourne. I've been featured on channel 7, 10, triple MMM and more.

While breathwork is my primary modality - I also use NLP, Inner Child Healing and other somatic therapies to get beautiful humans back into their emotions, to release trauma, process old emotions and deepen their sense of gratitude and inner peace."
