Episode 11 - People Pleasers: Selfless Or Lack Of Self-Worth

This week's episode is focused on people-pleasers. We look at the different signs that make an individual a people-pleaser and the toxic traits that can be exhibited by those individuals like myself. Towards the end of the episode, I tell a story about a friend from my past, of whom I wrote my college essay. Throughout the episode, I give tips on how to manage being someone who's constantly trying to be there for other people.
