The Grumpy Cloud Who Wanted to Rain Confetti

Periwinkle is a grumpy cloud who wishes to rain confetti instead of water. Despite the other clouds' warnings, she tries to collect colorful items but only ever produces drizzle. She then meets a sad bird who wants a more colorful nest. Periwinkle realizes she can't rain confetti but can use her unique collection of colorful bits to make the bird's nest beautiful, and she finds happiness in her own special way.
