The Gnome Who Couldn't Giggle

Snizzlewick, a gnome who cannot giggle, is frustrated that he can only "harrumph" while all his friends giggle. After seeking advice from the wise gnome Grumbles, Snizzlewick tries to "surprise" a giggle out of himself. He finally succeeds when a clumsy pigeon accidentally lands on his head, making him let out his first silly "hee-hee," discovering that unexpected silliness is the key to his giggles.
