Do you rise or do you fall in the face of adversity? Resilience is a HUGE topic right now – really high on government and education agendas. It’s an interesting skill – linked strongly with optimism and being proactive. Resilience is the ability to respond well to pressure, deal with set-backs effectively, respond well to change and challenges and, basically, bounce back.
