This resistance band training workout at home ONLY includes 8 exercises making it FAST and EASY for any beginner.
The band workout includes the following exercises: resistance band rows or banded rows, resistance band chest press, step back lunges, abdominal twists, resistance band bicep curls, standing overhead tricep presses, resistance band squats and the plank.
