Looking my 50th birthday in the eyeballs, I can honestly say that I have more potential for personal growth, personal earning and personal impact than I have ever had before. And society is saying that this is the age when women become invisible.  That’s not going to be my story.  And if I can help it, it’s not going to be yours, either.
