In this episode, we will discuss the challenges of staying focused on tedious and repetitive tasks and how to avoid distractions, even when they come in the form of an alluring "woman in the red dress" - a reference to a scene out of the movie The Matrix. In this movie, the main character Neo, (Keanu Reeves)  is being mentored by Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne) when he loses focus due to a woman in a red dress walking by. We'll tie all of this to Michael Phelps eating 10,000 calories a day, Chuck Norris doing 100 kicks per leg - per training session, and how you can achieve your personal goals by "Doing The Boring Work."
