CBC| Arrow Season 3 & 4

Plenty of TV shows reach that point where folks end up growing tired of it because it didn't match the quality of the previous seasons. Well, Arrow ran into that with Season 3 and 4. Is it as bad as folks say it is? Not really. Dee and CJ talk at length about both these seasons.
