40 connected breaths (mouth) 
40 sec inhale hold
10 second exhale (mouth) 
15 second hold

3x
Inhale nose 4 seconds 
Exhale mouth 8 seconds

4-6-9 breathing

Box breathing (5-5-5-5)

5-5 (nose breathing)
