As the Giants continue to struggle on offense, frustration is building among their playmakers. Rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers voiced his dissatisfaction after the game, pointing out that he was open several times but simply wasn’t getting the ball. He emphasized the need for the offense to do a better job protecting the quarterback and sustaining drives to give the defense more rest. Looking ahead, the pressure is mounting on Daniel Jones, who will start next week despite his lackluster performance against the Eagles, where he completed just 14 of 21 passes for 99 yards. Head coach Brian Daboll acknowledged the offense’s inability to produce big plays, with the longest gain of the game being just 14 yards. Jones was eventually replaced by backup quarterback Drew Lock late in the game in an attempt to spark the offense, but Lock was unable to turn things around.

In terms of roster moves, the Giants made a few adjustments this week, signing defensive tackle Armon Watts to the active roster after he was elevated from the practice squad. The team also brought in veteran offensive tackle Chris Hubbard, though he was inactive for the Eagles game.
