From the small Iowa community of Spencer, Cody Gilmore fell in love with the sport of motocross at a young age, and at age 15 become just the 2nd Loretta Lynn's Amateur National Champion from Iowa. And then when he was beginning a pro career, he was diagnosed with cancer. Hear Cody talk about how he overcame the challenges cancer, as well as numerous injuries, posed in his career and not only got back on the track, but to the pinnacle of the sport.
