Love Is Blind?

After spending the weekend binging Netflix's Love Is Blind Season 2, I started to think about this universal need we all have to be loved and cared for unconditionally. Yet, this "blind love" is hard to give or receive when we reject or judge aspects of ourselves. As cliché as it sounds, we first must wholeheartedly love ourselves before expecting or giving that type of love to one another.  Listen to this podcast to start cultivating a process to embrace the parts of ourselves that we don't accept so that we move towards the deep and peaceful experience of "blind love."
